dock extension enabled.
If you have multiple docks enabled then we should reword this bug to be
about any remaining issue that occurs when only one dock is enabled.

Works perfect on boot.
After 1st lock both dash-to-dock and ubuntu-gnome-dock appear on Activities
Overview.
On 2nd lock, dash-to-dock appears on lockscreen.
After 2nd lock, two docks appear (overlapped) on the homescreen (desktop).
