Public bug reported:
Chromium-browser stopped working on NVIDIA Tegra20 devices since the
time it was switched to the snap packaging.

NVIDIA Tegra20 is one of ARMv7 CPUs which do not support NEON instructions,
"vmov.i32 q8" is the ARM NEON instruction because q8 is the NEON register. Will
be great if the compiler flags could be changed back to what was used for the
deb packaging, thanks in advance!
