The bug is annoying but that's the first report of the issue and there are newer LTS versions available, it's not likely to be candidate for a fix in xenial

In firefox (for example) when open integrated this PDF file is correct -> page 5 and 6 is normally different. On ubuntu 18.04 with evince 3.28 the file is correct.
