evince does not change timestamp of pdf forms

Bug description:
After filling in a pdf-form and "Save a copy ..."
the mtime of the filled in form is the same as that of the original form.
Observed with: evince 3.10.3 on 14.04 LTS
evince 3.18.2 on 16.04 LTS
