Bug description:
[Impact]
* Blue blue GtkSpinner is hard to see on red .destrucive-action
buttons, like the "Stop scanning" button in simple-scan, Link to the
yaru github issue: https://github.com/ubuntu/yaru/issues/2182
* Reason to backport this to focal: users have it very hard to see the
spinner, especially color blind people, backporting this will greatly
improve the accessibility and legibility of the yaru theme and the
ubuntu desktop for focal users
[Test Case]
* Press the green "Scan" button in simple-scan and it will turn red
with a "Stop" label and a blue spinner inside the button. The spinner
is hard to see on this red background
* Build yaru from master and notice how the white spinner is much
more visible against a red background
