Hang on launch, on Cinnamon
Status in gnome-font-viewer package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Gnome-font-viewer-3.34.0-2
Mint 20 Cinnamon (based on Ubuntu 20).
What I expected to happen is that the font viewer would open and work.
What happened was that it opened and hanged. The problem occurs on
three machines, one of them a nearly fresh install.
I reported the problem here:
https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon/issues/9492 but was told to come
here. The linked page contains a fairly full description of the
problem.
