"Authentication Required" window after waking up

Bug description:
Hi. Sometimes (not always) when the computer wakes up after sleep, on
the desktop the "Authentication Required" window is shown at an
unusuall position, i.e. (top, left) coordinates = (0, 0). (see the
attached screenshot)
The worst part is that I enter my password and nothing happens and the
buttons do not respond. Then I restart the computer to get rid of it.
