Title:
The search button placement is inconsistent with other gnome desktop
software

Status in gnome-software package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
The location of the search button in the snap store is to the extreme
left.
I believe the appropriate position for it is on the right hand of the label,
to the left of the hamburger menu.
Please see gnome-calendar, gnome-terminal & nautilus for examples.
Just to note, I see a similar consistency issue in the settings panel
as well, but it's less clear what the solution should be there.
