Screen Not Wakeup After Suspend if Fractional Scaling is enabled

Bug description:
if you do fractional scaling(setting->display->Fractional
Scaling),means you do change it from 100% to 125% then screen is not
wake up after suspend and when again i set Fractional scaling to 100%
it resume to wake up.
Means after Fractional Scaling screen wake up not work after suspend.
