Title:
  gnome-shell ignores time zone when showing calendar events

Bug description:
  I have a meeting scheduled for tomorrow at 6:30 PST, but I am in CEST.
  The meeting is shown as 6:30 in gnome-shell, but calendar correctly
  shows it at 15:30. Same for a lot of other events.
