Title:
  Lock screen not locking upon resume (org.gnome.desktop.lockdown
  disable-lock-screen set to true for some reason)

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  On certain circumstances, upon resume, the lock screen will be
  bypassed and the desktop will be displayed, as if the lock screen had
  been disabled.

  Please see the attachment, it's a video demonstrating the bug.
  Also note that suspending my laptop sometimes takes way too long (+15 
seconds), even though my desktop is idling.

  I'm running the proprietary tested driver "nvidia-driver-435"
  installed via the GUI tool.

  These are my some interesting line in my journalctl log, at the moment
  when I suspend my laptop:
