  radeon 0000:08:00.0: disabling GPU acceleration

  kernel parameters with issue:

  quiet splash amd_iommu=on mem_encrypt=on

  Issue appears on kernels 5.4.0-26-generic 5.4.0-40-generic
  5.4.0-42-generic 5.6.0-1021-oem
