Title:
On-screen-keyboard shows up after touching the screen, ignoring
  physical keyboard

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
after Every time I touch the screen (regardless of where) the minute
the focus shifts to a text-entry field the on-screen-keyboard shows
up. This should be disabled completely when there is a physical
keyboard attached (as in a laptop with a touch screen.)

Your attention to this is appreciated.
