I also can't get the hardware acceleration on Youtube.

With Netflix I do get DecryptingVideoDecoder.

Also there is no "Hardware-accelerated video decode" in flags.

  - Candidate Chromium 83 Snap with vaapi enabled can be installed with
  :

  sudo snap install --channel=candidate/vaapi chromium

  Check that your vidéo is gpu decoded but checking "MojoVideoDecoder"
  in about:media-internals

  Widevine DRM streams will have DecryptingVideoDecoder

  Please report success/failure with

  - distro version
  - GPU Hardware used
  - Codec used
