Although you can initially move up and down the sidebar menu with the
up/down arrow keys once you have entered the right hand panel you can't
get back to the sidebar. Your sidebar option remains highlighted but the
up/down arrows have no effect.

As the tab key can also be used to enter the right hand panel then
logically I think that shift-tab should also get you back to navigating
the sidebar but it doesn't.

  2) 1:3.34.1-1ubuntu2
  3) Press up or down to select menu item on side bar. Press right to show item 
screen. Press up or down to select items on item screen. Press enter to change 
item slider setting. Press left arrow to switch back to side bar.
  4) Unable to navigate settings app with arrow keys.
