Title:
  system booting is too slow. Application like chrome, spotify, Libre
  Office, etc  open too slow.

Bug description:
  This OS(Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) installed in Lenovo v310-15ISK laptop. It
  has 4GB RAM and core i3 6th gen processor. The main issue is booting
  time too slow about 3-4 minutes and all apps take time to open and
  sometimes after long uptime when I poweroff, it freezes for sometime
  then start shut down after 1-2 minutes.
