There are new upstream changes for yaru, as upstream stated:
We've pushed various fixes, no design changes, into master and also
reverted the gray sidebar row (needs deeper testing). There is no design
change only fixes for wrong colors or borders
The changes are not visible but they revert that "gray" row selection from the
previous update. I think design never even ack'ed the gray selection.
So, to have orange rows and fixes for borders and this update is needed.
Fixes impact particulary libhandy apps.

Even though the diff would be from 20.04.5, but that had a build failure
so can't be really counted.
