Gnome Activities overview broken

Steps to reproduce:
open the Gnome activities view via Super key
Actual result:
I can not choose any application in the overview
Expected result:
Switching apps on activities overview works.
My system is:
* Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
* NVIDIA Corporation TU117M [GeForce GTX 1650 Mobile / Max-Q]
* Gnome 3.36.3
* Display server: X11
I tried to change betwheen nvidia-driver-450 and xserver-xorg-video-nouveau
(with logout/login after switch), but no success.
