This enhancement requests for ubuntu default screen keyboard (compared
to windows 10 touch keyboard, not on screen keyboard)
1. Add option for enable screen keyboard movable

2. Add screen keyboard modes (option to morph into several keyboards)
Normal(default), Thumb and Standard (standard has all keys has on physical
keyboard)

3. Add option to enable screen-keyboard icon in dock (it help users to open
screen keyboard only when necessary, not everytime when touch on text field or

(Enable it through universal access > screen keyboard then it quite annoying
due pop up often)
