libglvnd0 and libgles2 are built from the same source, it seems weird
that one would be updated and not the other one.. and the new version
has been in focal-updates since mid-August

Title:
  libgles2 dependency version mismatch error

Status in libglvnd package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  libgles2 has listed libglvnd0 (= 1.3.1-1) as its dependency but apt is
  trying to install version (= 1.3.1-1ubuntu0.20.04.1).

  This is the error I get when doing `sudo apt install liblges2`:

  ```
  The following packages have unmet dependencies:
   libgles2 : Depends: libglvnd0 (= 1.3.1-1) but 1.3.1-1ubuntu0.20.04.1 is to
be installed
  E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
  ```

  I'm using Xubuntu 20.04.1.
