- Expect a xorg conf file to be created in on-demand

- Fix test cases now that nvidia is marked as non-free.

Bug description:
This may be a duplicate of bug #1514057 (close it in case), but
without any PPA and just after installing Ubuntu in a new partition.
Followed this ISO testing script (so installed without connection):

Once installed, I noticed the nvidia driver was marked as "free":
