If you are using the modeset driver and have HDMI connected and that
HDMI port is connected to the Intel GPU then this is bug 1853094. If you
are using the old intel driver you can avoid that by using 'TearFree'
but your XorgLogOld.txt shows TearFree was still disabled.

If you experience tearing in fullscreen windows on the laptop screen,
then this is bug 1754284.

If you experience tearing in accelerated windows powered by the Nvidia
GPU then this is bug 1881909.

It's unclear which of those bugs this is, but it seems likely it's
already covered by those.

  I have laptop dell  with intel i5-4100U,  intel hd 4400 and geforce 820m on 
board.
  I added zotac gtx 960 and one monitor via rizer. 
  gtx and monitor worked correctly.
  but laptop displays has lags and tearing.
