Public bug reported:
If I go into the mouse settings and enable natural scrolling for my
mouses scroll wheel, this works. If I unplug the mouse, and then plug it
back in, the natural scroll stops working, however, in the mouse
settings dialog, it still appears to be on. To actually turn it back on,
I have to turn the setting off, and then back on again. This happens
every time I unplug the mouse, and plug it back in.
I first noticed this about a month ago on Ubuntu 20.04 after doing a
software update. When I upgraded to Ubuntu 20.10, the bug was still
present.
