hplip executables missing

Bug description:
After fresh install of hplip and hplip-gui, executable symlinks
/usr/bin/hp* are broken. /usr/share/hplip/*.py are not present, and
in fact, the /usr/share/hplip directory is missing completely. The
package is completely broken.
