Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
When I'm using my laptop, I sometimes see some noises on screen. they're
mostly horizontal noise lines in panels (but sometimes on other parts). I
attached a picture of the problem.
I use Kubuntu 20.10. The problem is present when I connect my laptop to
external screen (so it's not monitor's problem).
