Bug description:
When configuring a 1080p monitor and a 4k monitor in extended screen
mode while using Wayland, when trying to change the screen positions
or which screen is the primary screen in the Monitor Settings, the
settings reset to default when Apply is clicked. Choosing to "Revert
the Settings" during the 15-second timer causes it to apply the
changed settings, but this resets whenever a pop-up message appears or
when returning to the Monitor Settings.
