It seems to be the sum of all disk capacities. If that's not what you
see then please:

1. Tell us how much it reports for you.

2. Run:

   lsblk > blk.txt

   and attach the resulting text file here.

   Disk capacity in "about" section of the gnome-control-panel always
  shows internal computer disk space available but not the disk where
  Ubuntu is executed.
