Title:
Screen resolution falls back to default (low res) under Ubuntu Budgie
20.10 (Intel/Nvidia)
Status in mutter package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
Fresh install of Budgie 20.10. Things work normally, but after a reboot the
screen resolution goes down to something like 1024x768 (from 1440p) and won't
go back. Can't be selected in GUI, grayed out. Issuing a "sudo systemctl
restart display-manager" will get things back to 1440p, but kills all my
windows etc.
Using the latest NVIDIA driver, although this also happened under the
previous one.
