Title:
  ubuntu-drivers-common fix FTBFS in focal

Status in ubuntu-drivers-common package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in ubuntu-drivers-common source package in Focal:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  [Impact]

   * ubuntu-drivers-common is not available on riscv64 in focal due to
failing test cases. In later releases riscv64 is built without
unittests. This is preventing creating Focal based riscv64 cloud-
  images & hifive images.

  [Test Case]

   * Check that ubuntu-drivers-common is now available and installable
  on riscv64.

  [Where problems could occur]

   * This is no change rebuild for all other arches. And certain ubuntu-
drivers-common functionality may not be working correctly on riscv64 -
  on par with later releases.
