In later releases riscv64 is built without unittests. This is preventing creating Focal based riscv64 cloud- images & hifive images. [Test Case] * Check that ubuntu-drivers-common is now available and installable on riscv64. [Where problems could occur] * This is no change rebuild for all other arches. And certain ubuntu- drivers-common functionality may not be working correctly on riscv64 - on par with later releases.
