Title: Proxy Settings Dialog is missing Excluded IPs/Domains/Wildcards. Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: System Proxy Settings are set for the whole System. Applications like Chromium rely on the System Dialog. When the System Dialog lacks a useful Feature it's the question where to ask for that Feature.
