  1. Have really big SVG file as in the https://askubuntu.com/q/1317267/66509 
question
  2. Open the file using for example Eye of MATE

  Expected result:
  * file is opened

  Actual result:
  * file is not opened, EoM shows error instead:

      Could not load image 'NOSTOC2.svg'.
      XML parse error: cannot load more than 200000 XML elements
