How to reproduce:
- Launch 'Software'. If available, it shows updates under 'Updates'.
- Click on 'Download' it changes to 'Restart & Update' after a while (I did
not see any progress bar, may be update was very small or it is normal)
- Click on 'Restart & Update' button.
Expected: System should reboot and during reboot the updates should be
installed.
Actual: Nothing happens.
