Title:
  [MIR] gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons-ng

Status in gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons-ng package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  * Availability

  The binary is an arch all one

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons-ng/0.15.0-0ubuntu1

  The package is going to be uploaded to Debian and synced back once
  NEWed

  * Rationale

  The package is a replacement for our currently used gnome-shell-
  extension-desktop-icons, it's based on the same source but followed
  different technical choices to fix existing limitations

  Ideally we would like to integrate the feature in the desktop this
  cycle

  * Security

  There is no known security issues

https://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-security/cve/pkg/gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons-ng.html

https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvekey.cgi?keyword=gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons-ng

  * Quality assurance

  The desktop team is going to subscribe to the package

  https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell-extension-desktop-
  icons-ng/+bugs

  There are no bugs reported but the component is new.

  There is no tests nor autopkgtgests but that's not a difference over
  our current version.

  * Dependencies

  The dependencies are in main
   Depends: dconf-gsettings-backend | gsettings-backend, gnome-shell (>= 3.38),
gjs, nautilus (>= 3.38), xdg-desktop-portal

  * Standards compliance

  current 4.5.1 standards-version, debhelper compat 13, dh style simple
  rules

  * Maintenance

  Upstream is active, the package is going to be maintained in Debian by
  pkg-gnome and the desktop team is going to sign up for Ubuntu
