When I am in the UI of Network Setting, if I insert a modem, mobile
broadband has successfully connected at this time, but it is not
refreshed in Network Setting, and mobile broadband does not appear in
it. I can only see the mobile broadband details when I reopen Network
Setting.
it can reproduce in:
OS：Ubuntu20.10
gnome-control-center：3.38.3-0ubuntu1
OS:Ubuntu20.04
gnome-control-center：3.36.5-0ubuntu1
Expectation：When I plug in a modem, the Network Setting will refresh
automatically and the mobile broadband details will appear in it.
Other information：When I unplug the modem, the Network Setting will refresh,
and we can see that mobile broadband disappears in it.
