Today tried something as an experiment and noticed that, this
malfunction happens in every new sentence *if only* after the article (O
or H) follows capital letter as starting letter of second word,
otherwise the intonation is normal on the article.

Title:
Typing new paragraph in greek polytonic problem with capital letters

Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS focal, gnome shell 3.36.8, OS 64bts, wayland, pkgname
unknown-was preinstalled, upgraded from Ubuntu 19.10 Ermine Eoan Release amd64
(20191017) type GTK) While typing a new paragraph in LibreOffice writer (am an
author of historical books) whem the first capital letter is an O or H and
sometimes with A, it does not accept intonation. Plus if it happens the
second's word letter to be a capital one, it does not accept intonation either.
Now this is very inconvenient because after completing the text , while
reviewing it, try to correct this inconsistency am fecing the same problem. So
have to spend a lot of time trying to salve this problem. Don't know if it is a
bug but for ny work it really is a serious obstacle.
