[20.04.2-latest] Default print spoiler(TTY7) is useless when
XeroxOffice is installed

Bug description:
On a regular desktop running focal 20.04.2 fully patched and using a
LAN Xerox laser printer, the printer spoiler (when you press ctrl+p)
is totally useless and it's options are disregarded.
Reproduction steps:
1. Install /opt/XeroxOffice/ @
https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/product/versalink-c405/downloads
2. Open .odt -> ctrl+p -> copies=50 -> print -> xerox print wizard opens ->
copies=1 -> print = 1 paper copy only
(ofc, the same result when using FireFox!)
