The attached video doesn't seem to show a delay unless you count the
icons appearing prematurely before the animation. If that's the issue
the this is a duplicate of bug 1919972, which is fixed in 21.04 only at
the moment.

Bug description:
Hello Ubuntu,
I'm using Ubuntu 20.10 on my AMD chipset laptop with Radeon Graphics.
When I click "Show All Application" button, it will delay for a second
then show all my apllications. Link video here:

Is it a bug or issue and how can I fix it? Please help me.
