Rico is right. I only had the entry below. No idea, if I only added the
line below several versions ago or some upgrade changed it. (Probably
the former.)

Following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed I added
`multiverse universe`, and now the upgrade went through.
