It looks like the gnome-platform snap wasn't installed, or was disconnected.
Can you share the output of the following commands?

snap connections
Does retrying work?

Bug description:
I uninstalled the chromium snap because it was downloading an upgrade
and failing daily. After I did it I tried to install it again (with
apt) and it tried to install a snap and failed, sending me here.
