Whatever has been done seems to have fixed this problem in the last iso I have tested. Thankyou.

On boot the network manager does not show a list of available wireless networks. (in Ubuntu Studio the applet doesn't even show) If the wireless connection started during boot fails, network manager is unable to cycle the connection. If the install is done by failing the network connect and installing with no network connection, on reboot the network manager works as expected.
