Using evince 3.36.10-0ubuntu1 it displays correctly documents, including those in dvi format. There is no visible issue with scaling.

Ensure that annotations and still loaded and that it's possible to add new ones, that searching for text and selecting is also working. * Regression potential The update has fixes around display scaling on x11 so verify that the rendering is still correct there while unscaled and with scaling enabled. There is also a change impacting fonts on dvi document so we should test several of those to ensure there is no unwanted side effect.
