Bug description:
(this is a different issue than bug #1923505)
On ppc64el, building firefox 89.0 with clang 10 (the highest version
of clang currently available for bionic and focal, either in the
release or the security pocket) hangs forever when compiling
gfx/wr/swgl/src/gl.cc.
This regression was introduced by this upstream change:
