With a secondary monitor on the left, a mouse highlight on the desktop
creates a slight selection box on the primary one, after the Ubuntu
dock. If this isn't clear, see the attached screenshot.

Expected: Only see the selection *where I selected*.
Actual:   Selection appears slightly on the primary monitor

Also tested with all shell extensions disabled.
