I refer to the bug #1869561 "Libreoffice Help does not work". As
mentioned there in #39:
" In the event that you encounter a regression using the package from
-updates please report a new bug "
I am using Version:
6.4.6.2 Build-ID: 1:6.4.6-0ubuntu0.20.04.1
but the problem still persists and it is annoying
