I don't know why 20.2.6 build is not available there, but the current
backport is, and it's not due to the package anyway but something else

When using the Ubuntu debug mirror (ddebs.ubuntu.com) and the official
mirror (archive.ubuntu.com), it is not possible to install some debug
symbols.
