This bug still exists in Kubuntu 20.04. Samsung Xcover B2710 isn't connected properly. Long ago I fixed it on Ubuntu 12.04 by "DisableSwitching=1" and forgot about it. Now found this bugreport once again and old fix still works. If my help is needed in debugging of this issue, I'm ready. P.S. Does this disabled switching affects other USB devices somehow or only mobile phones?
