Bug description:
Ubuntu MATE 15.10 Daily 20150829: When you get to the "Who are you?"
portion of the installer, it does not read you what tab location you
are in, so I have no way of knowing whether I am typing in my name,
computer name, username, password, or password confirmation. It just
says "Tab".
