Bug description:
This is more annoying than I'd like to admit, please take a look at the
attached video
As I hope you can see, the left side is unaffected
This occurs both in Wayland and X11, and it's always the bottom side
regardless of the position of the dock
I am on 21.10 and don't remember this occurring in 21.04
