mouse pointer keeps drifting

Bug description:
it's most likely coming from bug in joystick driver. disabling it
solves problem, but its not trivial to disable joystick permanently,
it's been reported many times on forums. if there no easy fix, please
consider making switch in "mouse and touchpad" settings to alloe user
to disable joystick.
