No worries, this is understandable.

Given that this isn't a problem specific to the Firefox Ubuntu package,
and that fortunately you managed to work around the problem by using
Chrome to download the iso, I'm closing this bug.

  download desktop 20.04.3 lts

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  on http://releases.ubuntu.com/20.04.3/  -  click on
  http://releases.ubuntu.com/20.04.3/ubuntu-20.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso,
  start to download image but it never finishes. I am using firefox
  96.0.3 (64-bit) with the following extensions; adblockplus, noscript,
  print pdf, save page we, ublock origin and video downloadhelper.
  speedtest shows my connection to be about 80 mbps.My system is
  currently running win10 pro.
